Initial sketch will be given for approval prior to any lineart or coloring.

Revisions cost additional after approval. Depending on the changes.

It is not my responsibility to ensure that your emote complies with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; nonetheless, you should do so before submitting your request.

If I am having problems drawing your request, or if you have shown to be difficult to deal with in any manner, I reserve the right to cancel it at any time. If I decide to cancel, full refund will be given.

There will be no refunds due to the nature of this work once I begin working on the sketch.

Delivery time depends on your number in queue.

I will not draw mecha/robots, furry, gore, NSFW (can be discussed), muscular figures and elderly people.

All emotes are for personal use only.

It is forbidden to resell or disseminate my work.

Commercial price is needed for commercial use.

I retain the right to post my artwork on social media. If you don't want me to share it, you can pay a +15% surcharge.

If you do not want me to share images or stream your product before it is finished or if you are planning a later launch, please let me know ahead of time.

I am not liable for artwork that is rejected by Twitch or any other organization.

I only accept payment through PayPal.

I require full payment before I begin working on your commission. I will notify you a few slots before your turn.

No payment is required to secure your slot in my commission schedule.

Please do not send me any payment until I have accepted your commission or requested for it.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission if payment is not made within 3 days. I will then move on to work on the next order.

Refund will be sent back via PayPal. Do not request for a PayPal chargeback.

I will make every effort to accomplish your commission ASAP, but please bear with me. I'll offer you an estimate after I get your payment.

Completion time may vary from 1.5 week ~ 1.5 month depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule.

The start date is dictated by my current workload, however I will contact you a few days to a week ahead of time to let you know how your commission is doing.

I'll keep you informed about the status of your commission and let you know if there are any delays.
